Service Description

This full-length session allows for a deeper, more intentional approach to both hand and foot reflexology. By applying gentle pressure to specific reflex zones, we stimulate the body’s natural healing response - helping to improve circulation, support lymphatic drainage, reduce stress, and encourage overall balance in the nervous, digestive, endocrine, and immune systems.
